Prof. Werner Huber holds a PhD from the Technical University of Munich (Germany) and has over 21 years of experience at BMW AG. Since 2016, he has been Professor in the field of “Integrated Vehicle Safety and Test Methods” at TH Ingolstadt (Germany). His research focuses on automated driving, automated vehicle safety testing in real-world and virtual environments, software-defined vehicles, and intelligent infrastructure. He has been Head of the CARISSMA Institute of Automated Driving since 2020.
