Tim Stevens profile pictureDr Tim Stevens is Senior Lecturer in Global Security at the Department of War Studies, King’s College London, and head of the KCL Cyber Security Research Group. He has published widely on cybersecurity policy and politics and is the author of Cyberspace and the State (Routledge, 2011) and Cyber Security and the Politics of Time (Cambridge UP, 2016). Dr Stevens is Senior Fellow and Associate Researcher at the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers, Paris and Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
