Diego Peñaloza is a senior life cycle assessment researcher at RISE – Research Institutes of Sweden. He works mainly with textiles and garments, biobased materials, construction products, buildings and infrastructure. Diego is part of the EU-funded New Cotton project that used novel technology to recycle textile waste into a fibre very similar to cotton
Diego works with environmental system analysis, life cycle assessment, environmental product declarations, sustainability assessment and climate impact assessment.
