Dr. Konrad Bleyer-Simon is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Media Pluralism and Media Freedom and a researcher at the Austrian Academy of Sciences. He is also working with the Council of Europe on a guidance on disinformation policymaking for member states. He was lead researcher of the STOA project “A European news streaming platform. Study on European added value and governance.”
