Associate Professor Chandrashekhar T. Sreeramareddy works at the Melaka-Manipal Medical College in Malaysia. He does research in epidemiology and control of tuberculosis, tobacco use and tobacco control issues and in maternal and child health issues in developing countries.
He obtained a diploma in Tropical Medicine and Public health in the Charité University Berlin, and Masters in International Health from the TropEd Network for international health. He also did a short course clinical epidemiology and evidence based medicine. He received an Erasmus Mundus visiting scholarship in 2010 and several travel grants to present scientific papers at scientific meetings.
Dr. Chandrashekhar has published over 150 research papers on various public health issues.
