Carla Nunes ESMH ScientistCarla Nunes is the Dean of the National School of Public Health, at Nova University of Lisbon (Portugal), since 2019. She is also a Full Professor of Statistics, the Coordinator of the Scientific Committee of the PhD Program in Public Health and the Coordinator of the COVID-19 Barometer project, which analyses the pandemic evolution in Portugal. Her areas of academic interest are Statistics and Epidemiology, in particular spatio-temporal epidemiology, in various areas of Public Health, also focusing on Environmental Health and Mental Health.
