The Panel for the Future of Science and Technology (STOA) has published a study on the technical feasibility of a European news streaming platform. The idea is to provide citizens with programmes and news from European public broadcasters in all EU languages. Beyond the importance of this project for freedom of expression and democracy, such a platform would also allow to strengthen European digital sovereignty.
