Diandra Vaniglioli
Communication Officer
Diandra joined the ESMH in 2024. She organises the ESMH Summer School. Previously, she worked at the European Commission (JRC) in the fields of science-for-policy and international cooperation in R&I. She holds a master’s degree in Public Relations.
Carolien Nijenhuis
Policy Analyst
Before joining the team in 2021, she worked at the European Commission (ICT for Health and Ageing), the German embassy and the Belgian doctor’s newspaper. She studied German literature, Philosophy and Journalism.
Svetla Tanova
Coordinator of the ESMH
Before joining STOA and EPRS in February 2018 Svetla worked in the European Parliament’s DG Communications for 10 years. She has a journalist background.
Marta Peiró Trapero
Communication Assistant
Marta joined the ESHM in STOA in 2025. Previously, she worked at the European Parliament as an Accredited Parliamentary Assistant, focusing on R&I and gender equality. She holds a degree in Journalism and a master’s degree in EU Studies.
