Pascal Sanders
Pascal Sanders is the EU-funded PARC project's coordinator and Scientific Director of Exposure and Toxicity of Contaminants at Anses. A veterinarian with a PhD in Pharmacology, he previously directed Anses Fougères laboratory (1999-2020), focusing on veterinary drug residues and antimicrobial resistance.At PARC, he coordinates chemical monitoring across human health, food, and environment, developing new risk assessment methods and promoting sustainable chemistry through Safe and Sustainable by Design principles.
