Emmanuel André
Prof. Emmanuel André is a doctor of medicine, specialized in clinical biology. He also has a Doctorate in Medical Sciences. Professor of Medicine at the KU Leuven since 2019, he is also responsible, together with Marc Van Ranst, for the diagnostic laboratory at the Infectious Diseases Centre at the University Hospital of Leuven. Since the beginning of the coronavirus crisis, he has been the inter-federal spokesman in the fight against Covid-19 and now acts as coordinator of the inter-federal "testing & contact follow-up" committee.-
