Oona Lagercrantz is part of the Scientific Foresight Unit of the European Parliamentary Research Service. She previously worked with tech policy at a think tank in Brussels and as an academic editor. Oona holds a BA and MPhil from the University of Cambridge (UK), where she specialised in the politics of emerging technologies.-
