Scientist: Angela Kunzler

Angela KunzlerDr Angela Kunzler is Research Associate in the group of Prof Klaus Lieb at the Leibniz Institute for Resilience Research (LIR) and at the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy of the University Medical Center Mainz, Germany. She studied Psychology at the University of Marburg and obtained her PhD in Psychology at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. Her fields of expertise are especially interventions to foster mental health and resilience in various population groups, including healthcare workers, children and adolescents, or patients with pre-existing mental disorders. In the CEOsys project as part of the German national network of academic medical research into Covid-19, funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research of Germany, she coordinates the activities in a topic area on mental health.
