Tobias Hoffmann is a Schuman trainee at the European Parliamentary Research Services (EPRS) working for the Scientific Foresight Unit and European Science-Media Hub within the European Parliament. He holds a Ph.D. in biomedicine from the Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona, Spain) and is specialized in RNA and cancer biology. He has conducted research in Germany, the United Kingdom, and Spain and is an alumnus of the Barcelona Science & Technology Diplomacy Hub School on Science Diplomacy.
